The Minneapolis Former Police, Derek Chauvin sentenced to 22.5 Years of Jail on Friday For killing George Floyd in May 2020 sentenced by Hennepin Country Judge Peter Cahill.
Derek was sentenced in the month of April on fined second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree killing. Families of George together with Floyd’s seven years old daughter Gianna, Chauvin’s mother Carolyn Pawlenty- read announcements in place of prosecution and guarding ahead of sentencing.
Judge Cahill rejected the new trial of Chauvin’s defense team earlier on Friday.
